Twenty-nine-year-old Michael Pataki worked for a government office as a scientist. He had always considered himself a nerdy fellow, shy, hardworking… Then, one windy spring day on his walk to his New York office, Michael accidentally collides with an actress, lovely Kimberly Quinn. Unknown to Michael, the beautiful, twenty-three-year-old starlet is involved with her producer, Harvey Jason, a man old enough to be her grandfather, and rich enough to keep her in gold, diamonds, and furs. While Kimberly devises a plan to trap the rich old man into marriage so she’s set for life, she manipulates Michael, using the good-looking kind man to make Harvey jealous. Meanwhile, Michael’s coworker, Gary Conway, has a mean crush going on Michael. They eat lunch together daily but haven’t yet become pals outside work.
As Michael struggles with his sexuality and trying to ‘blend-in’ with society and not become a target for rage and hate, he becomes trapped by Kim’s plans, and told he is the father of her unborn child.
