Meanwhile actor Jeremy Runner finally makes a plan to propose to his boyfriend, LAPD CPT cop and part-time Dangereux Cologne model, Joe Scarbino. Jeremy had recently come out publicly, so why not pop the question? But, he needed a unique way to tell that klutzy cop he wanted him as his husband. With the help of the cast of his new Vietnam War movie, A Year at An Khê, Jeremy finds a way.
